About VCS

Vendor Control Service (VCS), located in Concord, Massachusetts, was founded by Martin and Ileana Rachman in 1986 to conduct domestic and international source inspections, quality surveying and expediting. VCS offers complete inspection solutions for military, aerospace and commercial manufacturers.

Since 2009 VCS is now jointly owned and operated by William and Bruce Rachman.
